Our admissions team is here to guide you through every paperwork step so your focus stays on healing.

Step 1
Pre-Admission Registration
Contact us by phone or online form. Our team will pre-register you, collect insurance details, and arrange your admission date.
Step 2
Arrive at Admissions Desk
Bring a valid photo ID, insurance card, referral letter (if any), and prior medical records. Admission formalities take approximately 30–45 minutes.
Step 3
Room Allocation & Orientation
A patient liaison will escort you to your room, explain facilities, introduce the nursing team, and answer all your questions.
Step 4
Physician Consultation
Your primary specialist will visit within 2 hours of admission to conduct an assessment and outline your personalized care plan.

Medical records can be requested by visiting the Medical Records Department (Ground Floor, Block B) with a valid photo ID. General wards: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (max 2 visitors at a time). ICU, NICU, and surgical recovery units: visiting is subject to physician authorization and nursing team discretion. Children under 12 require adult supervision. Visitors showing symptoms of illness may be asked to reschedule to protect vulnerable patients.
Absolutely — we encourage informed decision-making. You may request a second opinion from another specialist within our hospital at no additional charge for the consultation. You can also seek an outside opinion; we will provide all necessary records and documentation to facilitate that process with no delays.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and bank transfers. For large medical bills, we offer EMI options (0% interest for 6–12 months with select cards). Yes. We have a patient family guest house on campus with 30 comfortable rooms at subsidized rates. For ICU or critical care patients, one family member may be permitted to stay overnight in a designated waiting area. We also have partnerships with nearby hotels offering discounted rates for families of our patients.

Your medical records, diagnosis, and treatment details are never shared without your written consent except in legal or emergency circumstances. Our in-house dietitian prepares personalized meal plans for each patient based on their medical condition, allergies, and cultural/religious preferences. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, and low-sodium options are available. Family members may also purchase meals from our cafeteria (Ground Floor, Block A) or the café lounge.
